ADDITIONAL INSPECTION SERVICES
Mold Inspection
As indoor air quality specialists, we understand that individuals exposed to mold in the home can suffer from respiratory health issues, such as asthma and allergies.
We will inspect the home for mold growth and mold spores in the air by measuring moisture levels. If mold is present, we can offer professional remediation advice.
Radon Testing
Radon is a toxic and naturally-occurring gas that is extremely dangerous for individuals exposed to it over time. Exposure to radon is linked to the development of lung cancer and other negative health issues.
Radon cannot be detected without professional inspection because it is tasteless, invisible, and odorless. We are certified as Radon Technicians in the state of New Jersey and can perform radon testing services that keep you and your family safe.
Re-Inspection
Once an inspection is completed, buyer and seller will agree upon the repairs that need to be made in the home before moving forward with closing their deal.
After these repairs are made, a Re-Inspection can be scheduled to offer the seller additional peace of mind before their major purchase. We will revisit the home and check the quality and completeness of all new repairs.
Pre-Listing Inspection
Before a seller lists a home, it can be beneficial to schedule a Pre-Listing Inspection.
We will inspect the home for any damages that could turn potential buyers away, giving the seller the opportunity to make necessary repairs ahead of time.
New Construction Inspection
Our New Construction inspections are performed before a new home’s scheduled final walkthrough. We thoroughly inspect the home for defects or oversights so that the builder can make changes as needed and complete the project.
New Construction Phase Inspection
Builders can be sure that a new construction project is defect-free from beginning to end with New Construction Phase Inspections.
We will inspect the building after each phase of construction is completed, making sure that no defects are present before the builder moves on to the next phase.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
Many new homes are sold with a one-year warranty from the builder. The warranty covers defects in construction that the new homeowner should not be financially responsible for repairing.
By having the home inspected during the 11th month, homeowners can be sure to take full advantage of the warranty and request repairs before it’s over.
Loan Draw Inspection
Many lenders will request to see proof of a Loan Draw Inspection before agreeing to work with clients. We will inspect the home and provide a detailed report that can be shared with your loan provider.
